24/7 Emergency Kitchen Fire Suppression Repair

Xclusive Fire Protection responds to commercial kitchen fire suppression emergencies across Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Orange County. Call when a system activates or discharges, the restaurant gas supply shuts off following activation, or urgent suppression system repairs are needed.

We assess the system and perform applicable repairs, recharge, and reset work. Gas service and kitchen operation can resume only after appropriate safety checks and any required approvals; immediate reopening is not guaranteed.

When to request restaurant fire suppression system repair

Request an assessment if an inspection identifies damaged or worn components, appliances have been moved or replaced, a suppression system has activated, or the manual pull station, release components, or gas shut-off are not operating as expected. Routine inspections are a separate service; learn about semiannual restaurant hood suppression inspection and certification. For a system-specific request, see our Ansul suppression system service.

Repairs we handle

A suppression system has many components that can wear, shift, or fail over time. We service and repair existing Ansul fire suppression systems — see our Ansul fire suppression system service — along with Amerex, Range Guard, Buckeye, Pyro-Chem, ProTex II, and other commercial kitchen suppression systems. We diagnose and repair:

  • Fusible links and link lines
  • Control cables and release mechanisms
  • Nozzles — realignment, replacement, and blow-off caps
  • Discharge piping and fittings
  • Agent cylinders — recharge and replacement
  • Gas valve shut-off troubleshooting
  • Post-discharge recharge and system reset

System modifications when appliances change

When you add, move, or replace cooking equipment, your suppression system's nozzle placement and coverage must change with it. A system that protected your old layout may not cover a new fryer or range. We modify nozzles, piping, and fusible link configurations so your system protects the appliances you actually have today.

After a discharge

If your system has discharged — accidentally or during a fire — it needs to be recharged, the lines flushed, and the agent refilled before you can reopen. We provide recharge and reset service to get your kitchen back up and running.

Honest about scope

If a system is too old or damaged to repair safely, we will tell you and explain your options for a new installation. We will not perform a repair that leaves your kitchen unprotected.
